By posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting content to the Service ("User Content"), you are granting European Adventures a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in any existing or future media. You retain all rights to your User Content.

You represent and warrant that:

3.2 Payment

All payments made through our Service are subject to the following conditions:

• Prices are listed in the currency specified and are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
• We use third-party payment processors and do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Service.

3.3 Booking Confirmation

Upon successful completion of a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking. This email serves as proof of your booking. Please check all details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
